The beginning of Mecca

Islamic tradition attributes the beginning of Mecca to Ishmael's descendants. In the 7th century, the Islamic Prophet Muhammad proclaimed Islam in the city which was by then an important trading center. After 966, Mecca was led by local sharifs. When the authority of the Ottoman Empire in the area collapsed in 1916, the local rulers established the Hashemite Kingdom of Hejaz.The Hejaz kingdom, including Mecca, was absorbed by the Saudis in 1925. In its modern period, Mecca has seen tremendous expansion in size and infrastructure.
The modern day city is the capital of Saudi Arabia's Makkah Province, in the historic Hejaz region. With a population of 1.7 million (2008), the city is located 73 km inland from Jeddah in a narrow valley at a height of 277 m above sea level.
Every year, millions of Muslims perform the Hajj pilgrimage to Mecca walking seven times around the Kaaba. More than 13 million people visit Mecca annually.

I Think Saudi Arabia will be more important in the world because the economy is improving every day for better levels.But that will because worse for people there,because the population is increasing every year.The employment I think it'll be better than now,because we know now is worst crisis in employment and finance in the last 100 years.Social concercns will be worse than now,because people will be busy.The family communty will get together just for celebrtions.People will always be working.I think women in Saudi Arabia will become more improtant in business because we have about 10 billions $ in the Stock Market  just for Saudi Business Women.

This Certificate is in 1881. For Dr. Msa'ad ALA'azmi. He got it in Medicine From Alazhar University.He left kuwity to Egypt to seek knowlege and to learn. He was born in 1850.He was good in vaccination agaiust smallpox.He had a role in the Tribulations of kuwait , Which suffered smallpox in 1932.He departed form kuwait to Bahrain,where he remained untill he died in 1943.He was almost 100 years od when he died.
